Shipping & Delivery: Placing an order Monday through Thursday before 11AM AST will be shipped the same day - otherwise it will be shipped the following business day. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has shipped.

Returns & Replacements: Please note, refunds are not allowed. All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. Allowable returned items will be given an online store credit only.

If you would like to return your item(s) for credit or exchange, please send an email to info@carnalvendetta.com and let us know what you'd like to return, the reason for your return and if you would prefer to exchange your item(s) or receive store credit.

Carnal Vendetta offers high quality merchandise and fulfilling customer orders accurately. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase simply return the unused item in its original condition within 7 days of receipt and we will provide you with an online store credit, good for 1 year, or exchange, less shipping costs. Please do not return any sale or "FINAL SALE" merchandise, as you will not be given a store credit. Should you notice a shipping error you must notify customer service within 48 hours of receipt of the shipment. Items received after the 14 days will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Items received after 14 days will not be accepted back.

A shipping fee of $7.95 will be charged for exchanges. The original shipping fee will be deducted from the store credit for any order, those orders that originally shipped for free will be charged as well; $9.95 for U.S. orders. Returns will be processed within 5 - 7 business days.

Please note on returns for different sizes or colors the purchaser is responsible for shipping charges.

Returns must be in original condition, with all the original packaging, including the original invoice. Carnal Vendetta will not accept any item returned with obvious signs of wear or with any of the original tags removed.

Please be sure to include your order number and name on the outside of your return. The order number can be found at the top of your receipt.

We strongly recommend that you insure your return and get proof of delivery in case your package gets lost in transit.

If the item is on backorder, we will notify you when shipping of the item you ordered will start. When placing an order and having your credit card charged, we will securely store your information so that we may expedite the shipping of your item. Once an order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that will contain your tracking information.
